A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Ngor Okpala and one of the party founding members, Chief Val Okere has chided those insinuating that Imo APC is fictionalised.
Chief Okere said that the recent purported meeting of the party Stakeholders and the arranged State Executive Council under one Dan Nwafor who is Uche Nwosu,Okorocha’s Son-in law house boy as not only laughable but the good taste of politics but without such politics will become a dull and child’s play and stated has such has reawakened the consciousness of the key players.
In his words, “Dan Nwafor is no longer a member of the party. He left to Action Alliance and never returned officially.If Uche Nwosu has won the governorship election will Nwafor be mentioning APC now?What ever court documents in his possession have been over taking by event. Party politics is not issue of court when it comes to the State level,the answer is who did the governor as the leader of the party recognize, the person also in charge of the party leadership in the state is it recognized in the national.
“Chief. Barr. Marcellenus Nlemigbo remains the undoubted Imo State APC Chairman. We should also know that Okigwe Bye Elections and other related issues are being handled by the party national leadership”.
Chief Okere further, commended and praised the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma for his devine interventions to save the State from the hands of Rochas Okorocha and his cronies. Which he said that their 8 years orchestrated damage in the State will only take a man like Onwa Oyoko some years to rebuild. He thanked the governor for his pragmatism and proficiency in the discharge of good governance to Imo people.
