The dedication and thanksgiving church service of the twins Chimdindu Zada and Chimbusonma Zuriel children of Hon. Kingsley Uju, the Deputy Chief of Staff and Chairman Bureau for Land, Survey Housing and Urban Planning in Imo State last Sunday October 22, 2017 a state carnival of sorts as one of the most memorable events in the state which attracted people from all works of life including the Imo State Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha. The ceremony took place at the Imo State International Conference Centre (IICC), Owerri.
The thanksgiving service was held at the Imo State Victory Chapel Government House Owerri before the reception at the IICC Owerri.
Governor Okorocha while speaking at the occasion, called on Imo people especially his political appointees to emulate Hon. Uju Kingsley’s humanitarian acumen and his other positive attribute to work which he said have endeared him as part and parcel of the Rochas political family.
Others who spoke at the event include Engr. Chidubem Okwuma who is the youth leader of Awa Autonomous Community in Oguta LGA. He described Hon. Uju as a passionate man who has remained a blessing to the Imo State oil rich region with his open mindedness and unity of purpose to ensure that every community is in peace.
Hon. Stanley Oguguo, the SDC of Umuagwo Ohaji Egbema also in his speech congratulated Hon Uju’s family for the occasion and prayed for God guidance to the little Chimdindu and Chimbusonma Kingsley Uju, twin daughter.
Other personalities who were present at event include Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha, wife of Imo State Governor, Evangelists Christ Brown Amadi, the Eze-elect of Oloshi Community Chief Placidus Ekwueme, Hon.
