DJ Blaze McBede who recently said he will train more than 30 female Disk Jockeys in the next 12 months, has revealed that the training is still running but frowned at the poor interest shown by the females in the Disk Jockeying business.
DJ Blaze McBede who spoke to www.otowngist.com said the females fluctuate with their interest, adding that “Today they are in, tomorrow they are out”.
He called on those already in the Disk Jockeying business to remain steadfast as it is a profitable business, while charging the unserious ones to step up their game.
“I am still in search for the females who want to make something out of Disk Jockeying. The training is free and just one way I want to give back to the society that has already given me so much.
“We are all in the business of developing the entertainment industry in Imo State and this is simply one way we can achieve that. Females deserve all the shot they can get, but they have to earn it with their quality, not their gender”, he said.
The training which is already on going is taking place in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State and he is calling on more females to take advantage of the opportunity to be empowered.
