The Director General of the Ihedioha Campaign Organization that mid-wifed the emergence of the Mbutu Aboh Mbaise Governor-elect,Dr Vin Udokwu, recently had cause to celebrate and eulogize a vibrant stakeholder and Secretary of the Committee that co-ordinated all the Ihedioha support groups, Engineer Kingsley Onwubiko, who celebrated his birthday recently.
Dr Udokwu, who poured encomiums on the young graduate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), now a Director of several companies was speaking at the birthday party organized by the celebrant, wife, Mrs Onwubiko, where he revealed that “from the first time I met Engineer Onwubiko before the 2019 election campaign, I saw in him a man of hard work, stating that God does not fail to reward a hard worker”.
He observed that, though Engineer Kingsley Onwubiko co-ordinated and organized the first committee of all the support groups with all the legislator aspirants present, he accepted to be the Secretary of the group, as directed by the Governor-elect and when the Chairman traveled abroad, the young Engineer/politician was at the helm of the affairs.
The Director General is optimistic that the Governor will not forget Engineer Onwubiko in the scheme of things and at the appropriate time. “It is my prayer that God will reward you” and his Excellency will remember, yes sometimes it does not come the way we expect it”, he stated.
