Mrs Rosemary Izuogu, the former controversial Chairman of Imo State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) has been accused of appropriating and diverting the Commission’s vehicle that was assigned to her while in office to personal use after she was sacked from office by the Uzodinma administration.

A Government House source who does not want her name in print said Mrs Izuogu has vehemently refused to return the vehicle despite all efforts made by the Permanent Secretary of the Commission to retrieve it from her.

According to him, “the delectable woman is said to have used her influence to subdue all those who, by virtue of the positions they occupy ought to have recovered the vehicle from her, hence nothing has happened since then. She is also quoted to have boasted that nobody can recover the vehicle from her and that she would in no distant time bounce back to her former position to shame her perceived detractors.

Recall, that Mrs Rosemary Izuogu, who initiated legal action against some media houses in the state, was accused of directing her son, Precious Izuogu, who also doubled as her Personal Assistant to beat up and manhandle a civil servant for refusing to carry her bag at a church event.

She was also alleged to have been involved in several questionable and controversial actions that elicited negative reactions across board.

Efforts to reach Mrs Izuogu for comment proved abortive as she did not respond to calls and text messages put to her phone.
