– As Archbishop Lemchi Harps On Discipline, Tolerance, Moral Rectitude

The premises of Zion Mountain Bible Church, International, at Anara in Isiala Mbano LGA of Imo State and its environ were agog with activities on Sunday, September, 29, 2024, as the women wing of the church that has branches all over the world, launched two different ceremonial uniforms that will according to them, distinguish them from the crowd at religious and social gatherings.
The Founder and General Overseer of the church, His Eminence, Most Rev Prof G.C. Lemchi JP, OON, Archbishop Zion Mountain Bible Church, Okigwe Province, used the opportunity to dedicate a brand new public address system donated to the church by an illustrious son of Mbara, Ezihe, in Isiala Mbano L.G.A, Chief Omenaoshogbo Obiechefuna to the Almighty God.
Archbishop Lemchi, an anointed world acclaimed man of God known for his powerful and accurate prophetic ministrations, described Chief Omenaoshogbo Obiechefuna, as a philanthropist who is passionately committed to the things of God, the welfare of his people, especially widows, orphans and the less privileged generally as a beacon of light and pillar of support to many. Hence, God has blessed and will continue to bless him abundantly.
He prayed and also told the congregation to lift up Chief Omenaoshogbo before the throne of God, so that his cup will never dry and his light will never dim.
In his sermon at the well attended church service before the launching of the uniforms, Most Rev Prof Lemchi, who was a senior military officer before God called and equipped him spiritually and financially to liberate humanity from the bondage of sin, poverty, sickness, disease and demonic manipulations, advised the women and all present to always keep their hands clean, avoid gossip, jealousy, envy, back biting, hatred and reward evil with good in addition to being at peace with themselves and others irrespective of what people do or say against them.
He said, “if you want God to always fight your battles, you have to trust in him with all your heart. Do not reward evil with evil. But rather be nice to those who wish you evil show them love and mercy and watch how God will give you victory over them. The God we serve is God of love, goodness and mercy. He knows our needs and will always provide for us if only we will open our hearts and avoid the things I have mentioned”.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Nigeria Watchdog Newspaper Venerable Chibueze Franklin C, the Administration Officer incharge of all branches of the church in Okigwe Province, commended the General Overseer’s charismatic leadership prowess and capacity to instill discipline which has impacted positively on the church and her members culminating in the unity of purpose, internal cohesion, peace, tolerance and understanding that exists among the members. This, according to him has make it possible for the church to achieve set objective with precision.
Speaking in the same vein, the Coordinator of the event, Rev Ifeoma Chimdindu and the Leader of the Church’s Women Group, Mrs Onyinyechi Chimdindu, aligned with what Venerable Chibueze said earlier. They attributed the growth of the church, the peace, unity and understanding among the members to the exemplary leadership and transparency in all ramifications. They doffed their hats for the Archbishop who they described as a mentor, father-figure and disciplinarian par excellence.
One of the dignitaries present at the occasion, Nze Prince Obasi an indigene of Umueze (2) in Ehime Mbano L.G.A, described Most Rev Prof G.C. Lemchi as worthy and disciplined clergy man whose exemplary life style, sincerity and honesty are worthy of emulation. He expressed happiness that the church is waxing strong because of the General Overseer’s willingness to help people without laying emphasis on money or what he will gain from them.
There were many astounding testimonies of financial break through, divine healing and other miraculous happenings that demonstrate the power of God and His manifestation, in addition to different delicious dishes that were served at the occasion.
