The premises of Rage Media headquarters, in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja was a beehive of activities on April, 12, 2025 as a result of high energy events connected with the Abuja Start up Expo that brought together business founders, innovators, investors and stakeholders in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem, which commenced with a welcome address by the Convener, Samuel Ngoka, who stressed the importance of community, innovation and partnership in driving growth for startups across the country.
One of the highlights of the event was the keynote address delivered by, “ Sir Stanley Amuchie, Executive Director and Chief Operations & Information Officer at Fidelity Bank Plc., who spoke on the theme “Innovate, Scale, and Thrive.” In his remarks, Sir Stanley encouraged startups to build solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and rooted in local realities. He stressed that resilience, innovation, and strong business fundamentals remain key to long-term success”.
Amuchie, was also conferred with the Corporate Impact Leadership Award for his outstanding contributions to the growth and ongoing support for Nigeria’s startup Ecosystem by the organizers of the Abuja startup Expo.
Expressing his view about the event, Sinclair Ebimowel, said, “this is exactly what we need in Abuja—real connections, not just speeches.^
As the main event approaches, expectations are high. The Abuja Startup Expo will continue with exhibitions, expert panels, and pitch sessions scheduled from 21st of June 2025”
