Sir J.C. Okafor, a respected Knight of St Mulumba, (KSM) has extolled Comrade Sir Uchenna Nwokeji KSJI, a renowned academic and Trade Unionist for what he described as “his excellent leadership qualities.”
Okafor, who bared his mind on the antecedents of Comrade Uchenna Nwokeji, in a post on his social media handle described him as ‘an amiable peace-maker, target driven and performing President of Owerri Sports Club, who earned the superlative endorsement of the members of the prestigious and elitist club by dint of hard work, verifiable achievements and transparency”.
“That he is to the glory of God a confirmed unopposed candidate in the forthcoming presidential election of the club attests to his popularity and acceptance by all who hold him in very high esteem”.
“May God continue to be his strength. May God continue to bestow on our President, Comrade Uchenna Nwokeji, KSJI, the grace to be able to continually navigate the ship of the Club to safety. May it always be well with him and his TEAM.

All the candidates for the various offices in the coming Club elections are enjoying the status of UNOPPOSED, meaning they are technically elected, waiting to be sworn in. To the glory of God, they are persons of character and immense love for the Club”.
