Renowned Humanitarian, Philanthropist and Accomplished Entrepreneur, Dr. Chima Amadi’s arrival at Afor Enyiogugu and Afor Ogbe in Aboh Mbaise and Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Areas of Imo State made historic impacts as many traders benefitted from his benevolence.
Amadi demonstrated genuine love, compassion and commitment to the welfare and progress of the people when he spent over ₦5 million during the visit. The above mentioned sum was not spent on logistics or publications, but directly on the hands of the people as he purchased their commodities and paid graciously.
Amadi bountifully gave start up capitals to some traders who requested for his support and asked for nothing in return. The patience and rapt attention he exhibited while listening to everyone who approached him, including the ranks and files, spoke volumes of his simplicity and commitment to identifying the challenges of the masses, and his readiness to finding solutions to them. He prayed with the traders and assured them of a better tomorrow.
An elderly woman was almost moved to tears as she narrated her battles with health challenges to Dr. Amadi who swung into action immediately and donated some money on the spot to fund her medical treatments. Dr. Amadi found a young teenager who he was told dropped out of school due to financial constraints, he quickly offered him full scholarship up to the university level.
Dr. Amadi’s actions were met with commendations and accolades from the people of Aboh and Ahiazu Mbaise who attested to his deep love for humanity. Many of the women confessed that they had never received such direct business supports and funds in their lives. Some were used to hearing promises from afar but applauded Amadi’s presence, attention, and the kind of help that actually works.
