-Discuss Citizens Welfare
Akajiugo Fans International, a renowned Humanitarian Organization, on February 25, 2025 paid a courtesy visit to the executive chairman of Orlu Local Government Area, Pastor Chris Mbarie to discuss citizens based issues with concentration on the group’s commitment to fostering a positive relationship with the local government and its leadership.
The delegation, led by Prince Joseph U. Okwara, as Principal and Sir Reuben Okafor, as Director-General, was warmly received by Mbarie, who appreciated the group’s kind gesture.
Speaking, Sir Okafor expressed delight in the leadership of Mbarie, saying that there is hope for indigenes of Orlu under the present LGA administration. He stated the group’s support for the administration, stressing that all hands must be on deck for peace, security and progress to be achieved in every society.
He emphasized on the group’s commitment to citizens welfare, saying that Akajiugo Fans International is an organization that supports individuals, organizations and government to ensure citizens welfare are prioritized, a bettered society and enabling environment is created for all to live, grow, aspire and maximize their potentials.
The visit presented an opportunity for both parties to discuss matters of mutual interest and explore ways to collaborate for the betterment of Orlu Local Government.
Mbarie in his remarks, noted the importance of unity and cooperation among the people of Orlu, and thanked Akajiugo Fans International for dimming it fit to pay him a special solidarity visit to his office. He also highlighted his administration’s commitment to developing the local government area by creating opportunities for economic growth, and improving the standard of living for all citizens.
He noted that the courtesy visit is a testament to the growing partnership between Akajiugo Fans International and the local government, expressing hope in the enormous positive results such visit holds for communities in Orlu.
