It was gathered that the Magistrate court sitting on the detained popular redio presenter,Mazi Chinonso Uba’s case was on Wednesday adjourned indefinetly, leaving those who came for the matter in shock.
The hearing, which was scheduled to take place at MAGISTRATE COURT , was unexpectedly adjourned without a new date. This development has sparked frustration and disappointment among supporters of Nonso Nkwa as popularly called.
The clerk of the Court only told the parties that the Magistrate could not sit but a date will be communicated them in due time.
It was said that the indefinite postponement of the case raised concerns about the judiciary’s ability to provide timely justice.
The delay may also exacerbate the emotional distress and hardship faced by Nonso Nkwa and his loved ones.
