As Ebonuma pours encomium
As preparations for the 19th year anniversary of the renowned Kpakpandu Foundation gathers momentum, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the governor of Imo State, Hon. Charles Ebonuma (Onyeze) has conveyed his immeasurable appreciation to Distinguished Senator Osita Izunaso, the senator representing Orlu Zone at the National Assembly for his 19 Years uninterrupted partnership with Persons Living With Disabilities(PWD) in Imo State through his Kpakpandu Foundation.
Onyeze while speaking to newsmen in Owerri yesterday expressed deep gratitude to Sen. Izunaso for championing the course of the disabled people especially in Imo state using his Kpakpandu Foundation which prioritizes care for the special citizens.
He commended him for fostering disability inclusion at all levels which he said has earned him sincere recognition everywhere including from the office of the President of the United States of America with accolades for his unequalled vision for inclusive dimension of the population that faces difficulties.
He stated that Sen. Izunaso’s 19th year anniversary celebration of Kpakpandu Foundation for Persons Living With Disabilities (KFPD) on 30th October, 2024 at the Rockview hotels, Owerri with the theme, “Disability Inclusion In Nation Building” is a call for action for all those in authority to accommodate persons living with disabilities in every sphere by giving them their full rights at all levels as bonafide citizens of the country.
Hon. Ebonuma described Sen. Izunaso as an excellent leader whose humanitarian disposition, selfless service and philanthropic antecedents cannot be exaggerated.
He expressed his delight on the attainment of the Kpakpandu foundation which he said has recorded remarkable achievements and touched numerous lives positively, stressing that Izunaso’s life and times on earth have been an avalanche of blessings, positive change and great impacts to all and sundry.
