Honorable Chief Hamilton Chinasa Opara (JP) has felicitated with His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, on his resounding victory at the Supreme Court.He opined that the verdict, which upheld Senator Uzodinma as the rightful winner of the gubernatorial polls, is a testament to the people’s mandate.
Speaking with this reporter, Hon. Chief Opara described Senator Uzodinma as a product of the people’s mandate, emphasizing that the Supreme Court’s verdict is a transparency towards truism in the people’s consolidation behind the innovative governor. He commended the court for dismissing fictitious and fabricated claims brought by unscrupulous elements seeking to cause political unrest in Imo State.
Opara attributed Senator Uzodinma’s victory to the love, support, and solidarity of the people, which he believes is the fervent vital source of the governor’s confidence. He noted that it is now crystal clear where the allegiance of the people lies, citing the governor’s unrelenting commitment to the state’s development and progress.
Furthermore, He commended the state party chairman, Dr. Macdonald Ebere, for his magnificent leadership, which has piloted the party towards defined positive growth. He reaffirmed that Senator Uzodinma remains the people’s mandate, underscoring the significance of the Supreme Court’s verdict.
