The Minority Leader of the Imo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon (Sir) Clinton Amadi and Hon. Amb. Chief Chijioke Isdore ( Chiglo) have congratulated Captain Dr David Mbamara, on the dual occasion of his 60th birthday and 30th wedding anniversary.
