– Says: new date will be announced
The family of late Chief Sir, Ejike Uche (Dimkpasaa) of Umuidimogu, Ndimoke, Arondizuogu, in Ideato North L.G.A of Imo State, has rejected and distanced themselves from a burial arrangement purportedly released and published in “The Leader Newspaper Vol LXU. No 32 of Sunday, August, 18, 2024 by one George Kay Njoku.
The said publication, according to a disclaimer signed by Chief Obioha Nwosu, President, Umuidimogu Family, Chief Dr (Sir) Bartho Uche who resides in the United States of America and Dimpasaa’s son, Kelechi Uche, for the family said, the publication is false, malicious, null and void and of no effect, because it was neither discussed, agreed on nor endorsed by his family. Hence, a new date will be communicated to public very soon.
The disclaimer reads thus, “the Umuidimogu Family in Ndimoko Arondizuogu Ideato North LGA Imo State wish to officially disclaim a purported burial arrangement publication of our illustrious son Chief Hon Sir Anselm Ejike Uche (Dimkpasaa), on “The Leader” Newspaper, Vol LXV. No. 32 Sunday August 18, 2024. ISSN: 0331- 5193, by one George Kay Njoku.
That publication is false, malicious, of no effect and not from the Uche’s and Umuidimogu Family, as such should be disregarded.
A proper burial date would be communicated to the general public by the family soonest”.
