The Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice of Imo State,Hon Chief Sir COC Akaolisa (Ezinwanne Orsu, Egbe Eji Eje ogu) has been described as the pride of Awo-Idemili Clan and it’s hope for future development, considering his love for the development of the community and the type of honor and recognition he has been attracting to Awo-Idemili Clan through his appointment and excellent performance as the Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice of Imo State .
The observation was made through a release issued by the Chairman of the Awo-Idemili Welfare Union, Enugu Branch, Hon Chief Chinedu Ezeoma on behalf of the Association penultimate SUNDAY 7th April 2024 ,in which they conveyed their warm congratulations to the Imo State Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice, Hon Chief Sir COC Akaolisa on his well deserved reappointment as the Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice of Imo State by the Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma CON (Onwa Oyoko).
According to the Association, the reappointment of Chief Akaolisa did not come to them as a surprise because of his outstanding performance in his previous appointment as the Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice of Imo State between 2020 and 2024 where his tenure was celebrated for introducing far reaching reforms in the administration of justice system in the Ministry, coupled with other positive innovations that impacted positively on the entire state and commended him for being visionary, selfless and God fearing in the service of God and the good people of Imo State.
Hon Chinedu Uzoma Ezeoma who expressed optimism of the Awo-Idemili welfare Union Enugu Branch stated that Chief Akaolisa will deliver massively again in his new assignment as he had done in the past and revealed that the Hon Attorney General has been a source of pride to their Community which is blessed with such an illustrious son and brother who thinks Awo-Idemili first before any other thing and always goes out of his way to attract honour and development to his people.He reiterated that with his reappointment, more democracy dividends will be attracted to Awo-Idemili Clan and Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State where Chief Akaolisa has excelled as the Apex political leader.
The Union further expressed appreciation to the Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma CON (Onwa Oyoko) and commended him for reappointing Hon Akaolisa which according to them is a big honour to the Community and further shows the Governor’s knack for excellence, experience, loyalty, commitment, hardwork and merit which earned Chief Akaolisa his reappointment into the Imo State Executive Council.
The Association prayed for God’s wisdom, foresight, protection and guidance to enable their brother and Leader, Hon Chief Sir COC Akaolisa to succeed.
