– Says, They Must Pay For Their Actions
Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has accused some unscrupulous politicians of masterminding and feeding fat on the prevalent insecurity in the South East.
Kanu, who stated this shortly after his case was heard at the Appeal Court, Abuja on Monday, March, 19, warned those who engage in killing, maiming, kidnapping and other criminals acts in the guise of enforcing the sit-at-home order to desist forthwith adding that such people are criminals who should be made to face the full wraths of the law.
“The battle I am fighting is for freedom, peaceful co-existence and serenity in the South East. I am not in support of any kind of violence or criminal activity that will undermine the fortune of our people. l know that all these are happening because I am confined to the cell of the Department of State Security DSS. If I had my freedom all these nonsense will stop and the South East will be calm. I also know that some politicians who are benefitting from the crisis are behind the insecurity. But they will all pay for their actions. Any person that is part of the problem in the South East must surely pay for it. That is certain”, Kanu declared.
