Rt Hon Tony Chinedu Nwulu was born On 14th November 1978. He is a native of Eziudo, Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
He was a Member of the Federal House of Representatives, who represented the good People of Oshodi-Isolo II Federal Constituency of Lagos state.
He had his Secondary School Education both at Abia and Anambra State. And proceeded with acquiring numerous degrees and professional certifications, including becoming a certified Global Change Agent from the prestigious Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.
A manager of men and materials, Rt Hon Tony Nwulu was the pioneer country manager of the First Nokia centre, Nigeria.
He seats at the board of numerous firms. A serial investor, entrepreneur and mentor.
His foray into politics began as the National Coordinator, PDP Youth advocacy initiative from 2013-2015, which saw him coordinating the entire activities of the organisation, Pursuing the objectives of deepening the democratic space for young people and encouraging many to be involved in active politics across the country and was enriched by these experiences.
In the 2015 elections, He contested for the Federal House of Representatives under the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and won to represent Oshodi-Isolo II Federal Constituency of Lagos State.
It is worthy to note that he continues to promote the values of good governance and delivery of democratic dividends to the people in line with his party’s transformation agenda.
Rt Hon Tony Nwulu is the sponsor of the “Not Too Young To Run Act” which was passed in the National Assembly and it was considered across the thirty six (36) States Houses of Assembly for concurrence before it received presidential assent and has gained numerous local and international endorsements including the UN.
Rt Hon Tony Nwulu has continued to work tirelessly at pursuing projects that would uplift majority of the Nigerian Youths. It is noteworthy to point out that the Not Too Young To Run Bill was the First bill that was laid on the United Nation General Assembly (UNGA), ECOWAS Parliament and the African Union.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to youth development in Africa and sponsorship of the NotTooYoungToRun bill, Hon Tony Nwulu has bagged numerous Awards and recognitions, which includes

Rt Hon Tony Nwulu is a Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Policymakers, Admitted Member of the West Africa Telecoms Council, International Member of International Youth Council, Member of Africa-European Cooperation, Member of Nigeria Youth Organisation and Founder Igbo Youth National Forum.
He was a member of the House of Representatives Committees on Works, Telecommunications, Pension, InterParliamentary Affairs, Emergency Preparedness and Disasters Management.
He was the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Capital Market and institutions and Chairman, Sub-Committee on Market Regulations and compliance.
An idealogue Visionaire, a leader of leaders, philanthropist per Excellence and a global citizen, Rt Hon Tony Nwulu is a quintessential Nigerian loved by all and continuously grateful to the good people of Oshodi-Isolo II for their support as always & Imo State in general.
He triumphed in a strange land and brought glory to Ndigbo. He battled with the spirits and warred with the elements. He’s voice roared like the lion, and his feet’s shook the foundations of Yoruba land. The gods feared him, albeit loved him more. Ajala Mbaise unfettered his feet. Chukwu Abiama lit his pathways. Chukwu Okike strengthened him. Chukwu Igwe protected him. Some call him Ogara Mba merie Mba, Dike ogu, Aka gbajiri Igwe, Nwachimere Eze, Ezi Enyi, Onapuru Dike nma, Ike Ogu, Dike Eji Eje Mba, Agu na Eche Mba, He defeated a Prince of Yoruba land and another illustrious Yoruba son during the PDP Party Primary elections to become the PDP House of Representative Candidate, he went ahead to defeat the Incumbent APC Yoruba man in the general elections. Thereby stepping into the Shoes of the Great Nnamdi Azikiwe, the first Igbo man to represent Lagos State.
Today, this great Igbo son had a successful tenure as a former Honourable member Representing Oshodi/ Isolo Federal Constituency of Lagos State at the Federal House of Representatives Abuja.
Rt Hon Tony Nwulu MHR is the Deputy Governorship candidate of the Labour Party in the upcoming November 11th 2023 Governorship Election in Imo State and obviously he is coming home to help build a New Imo where our hope will be restored again.
He sponsored the most popular and youth oriented bill in Nigeria. The first Nigeria bill that was laid at the UN Assembly.
The first Nigeria bill that became a global campaign and was endorsed by AU, Commonwealth, Ecowas, EU, UN, Great Britain, USA, Ford Foundation etc.
The 44years old federal lawmaker is a great father to his 3 lovely children.
Like the proverbial Ikemefuna, he went, he saw, he conquered and has brought honor to us. Ndi Imo, let’s roll-our sleeves with a rekindled hope as our great young and vibrant Ikenga Nwulu is set to steer Imo to greatness with his principal Dist. Sen Athan Achonu (Akuruoulo Ndigbo), the propagator of the “Akuruoulo Philosophy” which calls on Ndigbo to invest at home for the development of our State and Region.
