Labour Party Candidate for Orlu State constituency, come 2023, Comrade Precious Nwadike has announced the indefinite suspension of the inauguration of his campaign team, earlier scheduled to hold on Saturday October, 22.
Comrade Nwadike who disclosed this in a release signed by his Director of Media O.Z Akuaka said the decision is in line with the suspension of campaign activities by the Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr Peter Gregory Obi, in sympathy with victims of various flood disasters that have ravaged many communities in Imo and other states in the country.
The release, reads in part, ‘’Precious Nwadike Campaign Organization wishes to inform members of our campaign team, our teeming supporters and the good people of Orlu Local Government Area of the indefinite suspension of the inauguration of our campaign team scheduled to hold on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
This is in line with the suspension Presidential Campaign activities of our party flag bearer, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi in sympathy with victims of flooding that has devastated many parts of the country, especially the coastal region.
We regret all the inconveniences this will cause our esteemed party members, supporters and the entire people of Orlu.
