· Commissions classroom blocks, toilet facilities
Senator Ezenwa Onyewuchi representing Owerri zone in the upper chamber of the national assembly, who has continuously dispensed the dividends of democracy to his constituencies in different ways, recently enhanced his impressive score card by commissioning more class room blocks with toilet facilities at Naze Community Primary School in Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo state.
Onyewuchi, presently the Labour Party candidate for Owerri zone while commissioning the three classroom blocks with four toilets, said that the importance of education cannot be over emphasized.
He interacted with the pupils and urged them to work hard, be disciplined and also have faith in God who does not fail or disappoint.
Representative of Imo State Basic Education Board (IMSUBEB), Mr Collins Ofokwalam expressed gratitude at the development and assured Senator Onyewuchi that the classroom blocks and conveniences would be put to good use and maintained.
The traditional ruler of the community, His Royal Highness, Eze Francis Ugorji who was present at the occasion, alongside members of his cabinet, appreciated the efforts of the serving Senator and urged him to continue embarking on people-oriented projects and empowerment programs that impact positively on the constituents who are taking note of his numerous achievements.
