The Youth of Umuejechi Nekede in Owerri West LGA on Saturday, the 21st of August 2021 presented an “Ezinwanne Doziri Obodo” Award to the CEO of We4We Media/ Val Media Inc, Val “Frakas Mo’Fire” Amadị in recognition of his humanitarian works, advocacy and youth and community empowerment works. He dedicated the award to his late dad, Nze Thompson C.K. Amadi (T.C.K. Darling Brother), his mom, Lọlọ Lady Idah C Amadị, his entire family, the staff, supporters of of his foundations – We4We Foundation and the Val Amadị Foundation.
The event was very well attended by people from various quarters of life. The Youth Chairman, Prince Kenneth Nkwazema (Abule), the chairman of the occasion, Engr Sir Osondu Ọpara (KSC); the Chairman of the planning committee, Est Surv. Chijioke Awobi; Secretary of the committee, Chibuzor Ekeocha all expressed elation to the success of the event. Prince Nkwazema stated, “I am happy that we made history today by being the first youth group to launch an Almanac, a youth hall and also host an event of this kind and magnitude. We thank our brother, Val Amadị for gracing the occasion and we also thank him for all that he has been doing to better the lives of the average person.. We are grateful”.
Val Amadị stressed the importance of phillantropy in community development. He said, “About Phillantropy, You don’t have to be a billionaire to participate in it. There’s an Obi Cubana in everyone of us, even the little ones. We build people. Building people up isn’t always about giving them a billion dollars. Most times it’s about giving them listening ears and doing your best to proffer solutions to their needs. The spirit of compassion goes a long way to solving most of our problems.”
