Honourable ThankGod Ezeani (Ogbaturuenyi), a former Legislator Representing Ideato North and South in the Federal House of Representatives on Sunday April 25, 2021 inaugurated his newly appointed media team in view of his 2023 Orlu senatorial bid.
In his inaugural speech at the occasion, Hon. Ezeani stated that the ceremony was to receive and charge the newly appointed media aides with responsibilities. He expressed gratitude to God for the coming together of reliable, credible and determined persons who fit into his personality. He charged his media aides to go on with total mobilization of youths in the interest of Orlu Zone and to speak the truth in all matters as concerns Dr. Ezeani. He further assured the Chijioke-led team of his unalloyed support where and when necessary.
Delivering his maiden address, the newly appointed Director General, Nnadozie Chijioke vowed to establish robust structures in all the nooks and crannies of the zone. He assured that the group will not only be what it deserves but even better than it deserves. He also promised to be transparent, open to scrutiny, and to maintain honest and effective relationship with everyone, adding that he will work in accordance with the established vision and mission of Hon. Ezeani.
Speaking, Arch Chidi Okoli (Osuofia) a bosom friend of Hon Ezeani, urged the Director General to work harmoniously with his team to actualize the noble intentions of Hon Ezeani, and to justify the confidence reposed on him. He tasked the new aides on the need to strike a positive balance between all other media bodies by being transparent and giving out verifiable information while marketing the remarkable works and intentions of our Principal as the Leaders present look up convincingly to the team.
Hon. Engr. Uche Onyejisi, another dignitary at the event urged the team to embrace their duties in good faith and to be fearless representatives of Hon Dr Ezeani and Orlu Zone as a whole
Other dignitaries present at the event include Arch Chidi Okoli (Osuofia), Hon. Engr. Uche Onyejisi, Chief Fidelis Enwere, Hon. Dr. Chris Okoafor (Gbujie), PDP dogged women and youths amongst others.
