The remains of late Dr. Prince Charles Onuoha who died on January 21, 2021, after a brief illness will tomorrow April 10, 2021 be laid to rest in his country home Umuoma Ogbe Ahiara Autonomous Community in Ahiazu Mbaise.
The late Dr. Prince Charles Onuoha was a two time governorship aspirant in Imo State in 2015 and 2019 respectively. He was a successful banker and financial management expert who served in different financial institutions in the country where he rose to top management level.
He was later appointed by the former Governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha as SSA on MDG’s, before he later served as Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development and also Commissioner for Special Duties where he served the state meritoriously.
Following his resourcefulness in service delivery, the present administration in the state led by Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma considered and appointed him to serve as his SA on Direct Foreign Investment and New Industries, a position he occupied until his death.
In a release made available by the Chairman of the burial committee Evangelist Kelechi Kenneth Ihuoma disclosed that all arrangements have been made to give the illustrations son Ahiazu Mbaise a befitting burial come Saturday 10th April 2021. He called on all friends and associates of late Dr. Prince Charles Onuoha to join hands in biding him farewell as his remains will be committed to mother earth. He prayed that God in his infinite mercy grants his soul eternal rest.
