The appointment of Hon Mrs Ijeoma Obiezu as Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Republic of Ireland has continued to attract commendations from a cross section of Imo people at home and in the Diaspora, including Chief (Mrs) Ngozi Obiefule, Member for Isu State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly and Chief (Sir) Valentino Ugballa, CEO Valentino Da Vincy Nig Ltd, who have also added their voices.
Hon Obiefule, in her congratulatory message, described Hon Mrs Obiezu as “an Amazon who has performed excellently in all positions she has held.”
She further stated that, “by your antecedents, track record of achievements, commitment and passion for excellence show that woman have what it takes to excel if given the opportunity.” She wished her well in her new assignment.
Chief Valentino Ugballa in a congratulatory message that he personally signed, described Hon Ijeoma Obiezu’s Ambassadorial appointment as well deserved.
He further said, “there is no doubt that your wealth of experience as a seasoned administrator and manger of men and resources will impact positively in your new assignment and earn you more laurels to the glory of God and the overall interest of humanity.”
