Former security adviser to Ikedi Ohakim and fire-brand politician, Sir Zeek- Martins Nnadozi as spokesperson of Elite Forum of Okigwe politicians has accused his kinsman and Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba, of concentrating all appointments and empowerment opportunities meant for the whole of Mbano-nation and Okigwe zone to his tiny Nsu clan. This he says is being clannishly, a derogatory word for Okorocha’s familocracy whereby only family members were offered government appointments and empowerment of opportunities at the expense of other more qualified and capable applicants, during his eight years of abracadabra.
To buttress his point of argument, Chief Zeek-Martins Nnadozie enumerated all the subsisting political appointees, from Nsu clan beginning from Emeka Nwajiuba, as Minister of State, Chinedum Nwajiuba, his elder brother and Vice-Chancellor Federal University Ebonyi, Frank Ibezim, SA to Federal Minister of State, also from Nsu. There is also one Jim Isilebo, a federal board member who is of Nsu clan; Hon. Okey Igwe, SA to the Minister of State, from Nsu;Hon. Austin Nwachukwu,former member of the Federal House of Representatives from Nsu now appointed as SA to the Imo State Governor; Hon. Odii Agugubo, another Nsu man appointed SA to Imo State Governor.
Other Nsu clan sons who have been appointed into various political positions include over recycled Sir Bright Nwelue who in the 80s was chairman of Aba South LGA. He has since then served Achike Udenwa, Ikedi Ohakim, RHAS Nig Ltd, Emeka Ihedioha campaign organization as media consutant and Governor Emeka Ihedioha as Master of Ceremonies (MC). Bright Nwelue is presently the SA to Imo State Governor on Entertainment.
Like counterpart, Ethelbert Okereke who will always join Any Government in Power (AGIP) not because they have new or better ideas of how to develop or improve the lot of Imo people but because of their inclination to sycophancy, they have continued to mainstream every government since the 80s.
In a release detailing how Nsu clan has through Emeka Nwujiuba hijacked both federal and state political appointments and empowerment opportunities meant for the entire Okigwe Senatorial District, Sir Zeek- Martins Nnadozie who is also of Nsu extraction expressed disappointment with Governor Hope Uzodinma for pandering to Emeka Nwajiuba’s positioning his Nsu kinsman, Frank Ibezim for the now contentious Okigwe senatorial seat as the new godfather and clannish warlord of our time after Rochas Okorocha. He carpeted the same Frank Ibezim for displaying naivety in attempt to become Emeka Nwajiubas proxy senator for Okigwe zone, stating in total be wilderment.
