The management of Tenece Professional Services Ltd, a private outfit in the contract and consultancy services of Imo State University has said that contrary to speculations some persons, claiming that the company belongs to the son of the Vice Chancellor of Imo State University (IMSU) Owerri, Prof Victoria Adaobi Obasi, that the company’s owners or proprietors are in the public domain of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
In a release made available to NIGERIA WATCHDOG, in Owerri, yesterday the management stated as follows, “the attention of the Management of Tenece Professional Services Ltd has been drawn to statement on Facebook, on the 8th day of July, 2020.The statement had stated that the son of the Vice Chancellor of Imo State University (IMSU) is the owner of the company “Tenece professional Services Ltd”.
The release said; “as a result of the misinformation, we wish to notify the government of Imo State and the general public that the asserted son of the Vice Chancellor of IMSU has no direct or indirect links to the company. Details of the ownership and directorship of any Nigerian Company is public information and can be easily verified at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) offices nationwide, wherein doubts”.
