The All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for Orlu, Orsu, Oru East Federal Constituency in the 2019 election, Chief Eddie Iheanacho (Okuenyeremba) is dead.
The Orlu born American trained Security expert and business mogul was said to have taken ill on Sunday and was rushed to the hospital where he died yesterday morning.
His supporters and members of his political camp have bemoaned his sudden death which they said is a devastating blow.
Chief Ihenacho had challenged the declaration of Chief Jerry Alagbaoso as the duly elected legislator for Orlu/Orsu/Oru East Federal constituency in the last re-run election in an Owerri Federal High Court and judgement will be delivered the matter in three days time.
