In line with the resolution of the House of Assembly to set up a committee for urgent Monitoring and evaluation of all ongoing projects in the States, the House in addition to the committee resolved to set up a “citizens feedback desk” through which Imolites can forward complaints, commendations and observations about the ongoing projects within their areas.
This decision is owing to the firm belief that every Imolite is a stakeholder in the affairs of the state, and must be part of monitoring of projects undertaken by Government of the state.
It was against this backdrop that the authorities of the House through the Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu, urged Imolites to always feel free to forward their observations or complaints to the phone number, 08174295436 or email; imhaprojectmonitoring@gmail.com.
The Deputy Speaker appreciated the enormous support and Co-operation accorded to the state government and used the same opportunity to reaffirm the commitment of the Assembly to perform it’s oversight functions by putting the interest of our dear state first.
Incidentally, Rt. Hon. Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu who represents Nwangele state constituency is the Chairman, House Committee on Project Monitoring and Evaluation and has promised to ensure the best of its use.
