The former Deputy Speaker of the federal House of Representatives and Imo PDP gubernatorial candidate in 2015, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has commiserated with the National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), over the death of his eldest son, Jide.
In a release signed on his behalf by Chibuike Onyenkwu, head, Ihedioha Media office, the former Deputy Speaker, expressed his heartfelt grief and also condoles
with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the unfortunate incident. He prayed God to give the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, and regretted that the nation has by the demise of Jide Tinubu lost the contributions and services of the vibrant, resourceful and well educated young man, who blazed the trail in different fields of endeavours.
This is coming on the heels of the reception being organized by APGA for PDP and APC decampees scheduled to hold today 3rd November 2017.
The PDP decampees include Senator Bright Nwanne, Dr. Alex Obi, Hon. Alex Emeziem and Uche Onyeagocha who recently dumped the APC and Rochas Okorocha who he recently served as political adviser before they fell apart following Okorocha’s clandestine moves to install his son-inlaw and Chief of Staff as Governor in 2019, a development Onyeagocha says is third term or tenure elongation for Rochas Okorocha.
